I've been serving the tri-county area as a trusted realtor since 2007 and I have been the Director of Sales for Aborn Powers since 2019.

What do your agents have to pay for?
There are no admin fees or desk fees. We pay for your tools such as FollowUp Boss CRM, Canva Pro account, and Brokermint. In addition to that, we pay for your signage and installation for your listings, Just Listed and Just Sold Mailers, and your first set of business cards!
What kind of leads do you provide?
Our agents receive leads from Realtor.com, in-house referrals, and referrals from our Property Management department.
Do you offer competitive commission structures?
Our standard commission structure is a 70/30 split.
What's the catch?
We're flattered you asked! Our goal is to equip our agents with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. No catch here, just a culture that cares.
